WITH CLOSE TO 190,000 SQ. FT. UNDER ROOF, KING FAB BOASTS A SOPHISTICATED ARRAY OF PRODUCTION MACHINERY AND DESIGN TECHNOLOGY, INCLUDING TEKLA STRUCTURES, RHINO, AND TEKLA FABSUITE/EPM.
Sophisticated 3D models, detailing of shop drawings, and machinery programming are all completed in-house, thereby ensuring seamless transitions at critical stages of the project lifespan. We routinely participate in design-build projects, as well as delegated design projects. We specialize in early involvement in projects, providing preliminary budget estimates as well as addressing constructability issues.
One of King Fab’s unique advantages is the ability to construct entire structures under roof, along with fewer, larger modules for subsequent in situ installation. We fabricate components to the largest practical extent possible in our shop utilizing our 80’ long precision plate burning table, thus greatly facilitating installation and optimizing the conditions for erection of fabricated projects, including field welding and coating.
